PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — It only took 2 minutes.

On Tuesday, at 11 a.m., Bricks & Minifigs, a Lego-themed store in Portland, put limited-edition TriMet MAX Light Rail Train kits up for sale. They were sold out by 11:02 a.m.

“We are amazed by the response and disappointed we were not able to get them to everyone who wanted one,” Bricks & Minifigs said in a statement on the website eventbrite.com. “We learned a bit about how to roll this out better in the future, and will manufacture even more next time.”

People looking to get one are still in luck. A “very-limited amount” of kits will be available during a lottery in the store on Northeast Sandy Blvd. at 11:10 a.m. Lottery tickets will be passed out then. The kits cost $20.
