Woman hurt when truck goes through window at clinic

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A woman was injured when a truck went through the window of a Happy Valley eye clinic Wednesday evening.

The woman was leaving the building when she was pinned inside. She was taken to the hospital.

According to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, a van backed into the truck, causing it to go through the window. The truck was parked and unoccupied.

The driver of the van isn't being cited, but the sheriff's office will send a request for her to retake her DMV test.

The building is a Kaiser Permanente Vision Essentials location.

A tow truck pulled the truck out of the glass windows.
