PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A body pulled from the Willamette River Monday has been identified as 33-year-old Eugene Vibar.
Multnomah County Deputies found the body just south of the Fremont Bridge near the east bank. The Medical Examiner said there were no signs of foul play and the cause of death was ruled as drowning. The manner of death is still being determined.
Vibar was last seen early in the morning of November 1. His friends say he went for a walk after attending a Halloween party and never returned.
