KOIN TV has all the necessary equipment needed to complete the installation to transmit at our final transmission operating power.

We are scheduled to start the tower work the week of July 8.

The work to complete the installation of the new antenna, will take between 30-60 days. Once this work is completed, KOIN TV will be transmitting at our full licensed output power.

During this time, KOIN has switched to our permanent backup antenna to allow the work on our main tower to begin. With the switch to the auxiliary antenna, some viewers might lose our signal for a short period of time, while some viewers who in the past could not receive our signal, might find that they can now receive it.

We know this has been a lengthy process, and we thank you for your patience as this will be completed soon. Once the work has been completed, KOIN will notify our viewers to rescan your television, which will allow you to receive our signal.

Please keep checking KOIN.com for future updates.
