A motorcyclist was airlifted after a crash with a vehicle on Bell Road in Newberg, June 27,2019 (TVFR)

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A motorcyclist was airlifted after a collision with a vehicle in Newberg early Thursday morning, TVFR said.

The crash on Bell Road east of Mountain Home Road happened shortly after 6 a.m. The motorcyclist was taken by Life Flight to Legacy Emanuel Hospital for treatment of serious, life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the vehicle was not hurt.
