PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Oregon landed the top spot in the country for best infrastructure, a poll from US News and World Report says. 

The overall score was measured by evaluating energy, internet access, and transportation, each with 33% of the score.

Washington state came in 2nd and Utah in 3rd. Mississippi landed last.

“Pacific Northwestern states Oregon and Washington stand out as the top two in infrastructure, respectively, with some of the best transportation, energy and internet access in the country,” the report reads.
