PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — As of July 1, using Parking Kitty will cost you 10 cents more.

The city’s parking app already takes a 10 cent fee but now in addition will take 10 more for technology upgrades and the modernization of equipment parking officers use.

The fee was approved by City Council recently.

It doesn’t apply if you pay with cash or credit card at a kiosk, or in Washington Park or in the PSU garages.
