PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — An unknown Powerball winner who bought their ticket in Aurora has less than a month to claim their $50,000 winnings.
The winning ticket was bought nearly a year ago on November 20, 2018. Now, it’s set to expire on November 21, 2019. No one has come forward to claim the prize.
“Picking up an extra $50,000 would make for a very plentiful Thanksgiving in my book,” said Patrick Johnson, public information specialist for the Oregon Lottery.
The unclaimed ticket’s numbers are 07-14-23-38-55-18.
This ticket is not the only unclaimed winner in Oregon. A $100,000 Powerball prize sold in Portland expires in February and another $50,000 ticket from Medford expires in March.
The Oregon Lottery suggests to anyone that has bought a Powerball ticket in the last year doublecheck and see if you’re a lucky winner.
