PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Portland police arrived at the scene of a shooting near the 16000 block of Southeast Alder Street on Tuesday night.
Police found shell casings near an apartment and behind a pickup truck but no suspects or victims.
No other information is available at this time.
