PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Thousands of show-stopping blooms will be displayed in North Portland this weekend.
The American Dahlia Society is hosting its national show at the Holiday Inn Columbia Riverfront Hotel and Convention Center on Hayden Island.
