PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Portland’s Eastmoreland neighborhood celebrated the 4th of July with a parade that began outside the Duniway Elementary School n SE Reed College Place.

Everyone was invited to walk in the parade. Kids showed off their decorated bikes and classic cars rolled through the streets.
