TriMet resumes regular MAX, bus services as protests settle

High temperatures force TriMet to hit the brakes

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The TriMet is resuming the regular MAX Blue, Orange and Yellow lines after being disrupted by protests on Saturday.

Bus services on Southwest 5th and 6th Avenues will also be returning to their normal routes.

Bus lines 2, 6 and 14 will continue to be detoured off the Hawthorne and Morrison bridges and will instead take the Burnside Bridge. Line 15 will resume regular service.
