Trooper rescues deer entangled in fence near Bald Peak

YAMHILL COUNTY, Ore. (KOIN) — A young deer is back to roaming around freely after an Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife Trooper freed it from a fence.

OSP Fish and Wildlife tweeted out a series of photos Thursday of the deer stuck in a fence near Bald Peak.

Fortunately, Trooper Jerome was able to free it. The animal didn’t appear to sustain any serious injuries.
