PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two people were arrested after police said they picked up a bait package.

Portland police planted bait packages with GPS trackers in them as part of an effort to fight packages thefts.

One of the packages was stolen on July 16 and police tracked it to a car and pulled it over. Renee Rabago, 27, and Thomas Etier, 57, were arrested for mail theft.
