EUGENE, Ore. (KOIN) — The name of a Ku Klux Klan leader will be removed from a University of Oregon dorm after the board of trustees voted unanimously in favor of stripping it on Thursday.

Dunn Hall (which was named for KKK leader Frederic Dunn) will instead be called Cedar Hall for the time being.

University officials will start an official naming process in the future.
