PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — After over a year of construction, a new fully-inclusive playground is open in Clark County.
Located at Marshall Park on East McLoughlin Boulevard, the Chelsea Anderson Memorial Play Station is now the largest inclusive playground in the county.
KOIN 6 New’s Kohr Harlan visited the playground to get a look at all the features.
