OAKLAND, Calif. (KOIN) — Remember, it’s a Best-of-7. The Blazers certainly know that.

Portland will try to even the Western Conference Finals on Thursday night after getting blown out by the Golden State Warriors in Game 1.

“We’re not going to start Game 2 down 20 (points),” Damian Lillard said. “We came here to get at least 1 and we still have an opportunity to do that. But we’re going to need to play much better to get that done.”

Rodney Hood, who played in Game 1 despite some concern about his knee, said, “I feel confident about my game right now. I feel confident about our team right now, knowing how the last game went. It’s a lot of things we can control.”

Game 2 begins at 6 p.m. Thursday.
