Report: Beavers’ Nate Yeskie taking job with Arizona Wildcats

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – According to reports, Beavers baseball pitching coach Nate Yeskie is taking a job as Associate Head Coach/Pitching Coach with the Arizona Wildcats.

D1 Baseball Editor Kendall Rogers first broke the news on Twitter.

Yeskie was thought to be a favorite to replace legendary Oregon State head baseball coach Pat Casey when Casey retired in 2018, but the interim job was given to Pat Bailey, another longtime assistant with the Beavers.

Yeskie has led one of the most dominant collegiate pitching programs in the country since 2009 when he joined the Beavers staff in Corvallis.
